A few days ago I couldn't sleep, and in my efforts to get comfortable, I ended up in a position with my armpit in my face. After basically sighing through my nose, I noticed a familiar smell. Trying to locate the source of this smell I realized it was my armpit. I soon figured out that it smelled like guava. This wouldn't be a problem, if it didn't make me hungry and make it harder to sleep. And if it only happened once. It happened again last night, but it wasn't guava, it was toasted pine nuts. So what I'm basically saying is that I need more sleep, but my insomnia is preventing that from happening. Does anyone have any tricks to help in falling asleep?
