Tough Decision

So my cousin might get an iphone if he gets good grades. And if he does he might give me his old ipod touch for either $100 or if I give him my 360. Now a 360 for an Itouch does seem like a bad trade, but I don't play it often and the controllers are fucked up. Plus I was planning on selling it/giving it away anyways so it might not be that bad. But I'm not sure. Should I?

Also for laughs here's a funny video.

The Greatest Book Ever

I've just finished the book Brave Story by Miyuki Miyabe. I now love this book. It should be a kid's book but the main story is a lot more mature, including affairs, divorce, murder, and suicide. So the synopsis is basically this: A kid, about 10 years old, named Wataru finds the gate to a magic world, named Vision, where he has a adventure to change his destiny. Kid's stuff, right? Not exactly. The adventure has him trying to find the gemstones allowing him to reach the Goddess to change his destiny. Along the way he finds that the world is divided into to continents that have been at war over religion, and race. It's a great book that I might actually buy a copy of, instead of just a borrowed version from the library.

Q&A

Sorry for not posting often, but I can't think of stuff to post sometimes. So today you guys can ask me stuff. Some basic information : I'm a heterosexual male, born in New York, lived in Pakistan for 2 years, and now live in Texas (which I hate). Ask me anything really, and I'll try to answer in the comments.

Rigor's Insane Theories of Insanity- Cancer

So, according to some science fiction theorists, the way that xenomorphs are produced is that when the facehuggers attach to you they inject you with a form of tumor that starts growing inside of you and taking parts from you. What if cancer was like that? But that would have to rely on the fact that that happened to humans already. IT DOES. It's called Teratoma. It's when tumors form teeth, hair, and bones. So what if cancer is us trying to regenerate?

Rigor's Insane Theories of Insanity- AIDS

What if the AIDS virus isn't a virus at all. What if It's actually a parasite. An alien parasite that is as smart as humans. It just floats around and fucks with the human body by outsmarting it. Then it will become the dominant species on earth and rule mankind with an iron fist .
In case you haven't figured out, these theories are probably full of bullshit and plot holes that make this not make sense. These have almost no chance of being true, and are wild guesses, so don't read into it. But do add your own input, if you have any.

Staying Up

So, tonight I have to stay up as long as I can to go from mosque to mosque for the month of mourning (which I'll referring to by it's real name, Muharram for quicker typing). We usually go all the way from my mosque, to two hours downtown, then back about the same time uptown. What I need to know is how the fuck to do that with, not only a cold, but 5 hours of sleep altogether this week. I for some reason can't sleep when people watch me. And I especially can't because all the teens and kids at my mosque are dicks so they're not bored.

Fucking Cold

Sorry for not posting yesterday, I wasn't at home at all. First I was at a religious parade, then went to a religious thing at someone's house, then I went to my mosque. But, I after standing in the cold for 3 hours, I got The Common Cold. It fucking sucks. My throat hurts when I swallow, my brain is trying to jump out of my head, and my ears and chest hurt when I cough. Does anyone know how to make it suck less without missing school? I missed last Tuesday, and I'm going to miss this Thursday (I probably won't be able to post then either, for similar religious reasons), so I'd rather not get more make up work unless I need to.

Non-alcoholic Beer

Alright, so there are non alcoholic beers available for those who can't/won't drink. I've tried the flavored ones, apple, and cranberry,  and they're pretty good. But my mom was told to drink the unflavored one for her health (beer has all 13 necessary vitamins and minerals, but that's counteracted by the poison). So I tried the unflavored one and I don't know how you guys can drink beer at all. It tasted like someone pissed in bread and then liquefied it. If any one knows where I could buy some more flavored ones, that'd be nice. Also it's against my religion to drink, and I don't plan on trying it either.

My Decision

What I decided to do for the month of mourning is get ripped as fuck in better shape. So does anyone have the links to the black monk's exercises, or any quick get-muscles techniques?

What's this fee-NNNNNRRRRRGGGGGHHHH

Okay, so I'm pretty sure that I just had a heart attack. I felt dizzy, it was hard to breath, my chest was heavy and in pain, and my left arm felt like something was strangling it. So what do I do? I ran to the kitchen, open the door, everybody walk the dinosaur got some pudding, and came back here to type this so I can sleep. Speaking of pudding and heart attacks, does anyone know where I could get some Giga Pudding? That shit looks delicious.

Silly Body, That's Not Right

I just found out that my body's reaction to fear while eating is to promptly try to throw up. Also, my feet randomly forget how big they are, and force me to trip over them. Do your bodies do stupid things?

Month of Mourning

In my religion, Shia Isthna Asheri Muslim if you care, there is a month in where we mourn over the death of the grandson of Prophet Mohammad, who died to protect the religion of Islam (if some people care I'll post the whole of the story in the comments). Now the point of today's post is that I can't listen to music, watch tv, or have fun for like 10 days, and can't do anything that isn't educational (watch Food Network, read books, etc.) for about a month and a half. What I  ask of you guys is to suggest some stuff I could do. Recommend books, or documentaries or something. Also in response to yesterday's post, I will get, in this order, Firefox, Opera, Chromium, and Seamonkey. Thanks for all your input to yesterday, and thanks in advance for today's suggestions.

Stupid Browsers

First of all, I'm sorry to all of my followers for not updating but, as I've said before, my computer is a pain in the ass. That brings me to my point for today. Google Chrome is now being a bitch. Now anytime I tried to open it it would start shutting off flash, asking me to euthanise my tabs, or it commits suicide randomly. So what I ask of you is to tell me what browser I should use, or what I could do to fix this. If you do recommend a browser, don't say "crome sux get ie". Tell me why I should get that browser, also I would rather die than use Internet Explorer again. So once again, I'm sorry for being gone for so long, but help me fix my problems and I might be back.

Stupid Computer and Grown Ups Review

So my computer has been really retarded and wouldn't let me post, so now I'll review Grown Ups. So the movie was actually pretty funny, even though I expected it to suck with so many good comics. But, there was literally no plot. Adam Sandler said himself that most of the movie was improv, but I noticed that a lot of it seemed ad libbed. Back to plot, or lack thereof, it seemed that every time there seemed to be a conflict, it was resolved in the next scene, even the part that I thought was the main conflict, wasn't a conflict at all.It was like watching rich people doing what you would do on a vacation, if you were reuniting with your friends after a decade. So that's that. Also check out this book my friend is writing, Z DAY, it's a historically fictional version of a zombie outbreak, similar to World War Z by Max Brooks but about teenagers. So just follow and comment so I know to stay running.

What is wrong with the media today?

I came across this today, and almost cried. Cartoon Network isn't even the start of it, Nick and Disney are doing this too. Nick used to have Invader Zim, Doug, Rugrats, and ( don't act like you won't agree with this) the original Blue's Clues. Disney had Darkwing Duck, Hercules, Timon and Pumbaa. And Toonami wasn't the only thing Cartoon Network ruined, it got rid of Samurai Jack, Foster's Home,  Dexter, and Johnny Bravo. Goddamn, what happened to real television and cinema?

Date Night

I should probably review Date Night now, since I'm going to sleep soon. It was pretty funny, as expected with Steve Carell and Tina Fey as a couple, but there were some parts with dry humor. It had a really weird and kind of hard to follow plot, probably because I was using the computer at the same time, but it was actually pretty boring. Common and James Franco were in it which was pretty cool, but otherwise it wasn't worth an hour and a half. I would really watch The Office( pretty good show) than watch this movie, but that's how the movies of today are like, more focused on action and comedy than on plot. Also changed the title of the blog, since I haven't even reviewed one game.

Kick Ass Review

Okay, so I just realized that I forgot to review KickAss, so here goes. Kick Ass was actually good as an action movie, but it was really generic. You could relate to Dave(Kick Ass), but the action was overdone with a lot of things made of explodium, and a lot of unrealistic deaths, especially Big Daddy's . It was okay with plot, but could have been better. Maybe I should read the comics. Also I'm watching Date Night right now and I'll do that  soon.

More movies

I'm about to watch Kick Ass and Date Night, I'll review them tomorrow though.

How to train your dragon review

The movie was pretty good, but it had a really predictable plot. The main character discovers something and his society shuns him, but he turns out to be right all along. It was still a good family movie, and I'd like to see a sequel. I should probably read the book first.

STOP, GRAMMAR TIME

I'm tired of seeing so many idiots forgetting how to write in English.

First of all your and you're. Your is when talking someone owning something. You're is when talking about how someone is.

To, too, and two. Two is a fucking number, get it right. To is where you are going. Too can be used in place of more than necessary, or also.

There, their, and they're. There is a location, their shows ownership, and they're shows how they are.

Commas, periods and all fucking punctuation. You see those lines and dots on your keyboard that aren't letters? They're there for a reason. A period looks like this . Isn't it nice? Start using it at the end of your sentence so people know that you've stopped a sentence. Commas are used for separation, and are used often after conjunctions.

Also stop typing like this. "hey wnt 2 cum ovr l8r" . First off, where the fuck are your vowels? What use did not typing them have? Did that extra millisecond you saved help you in any way? Second 2 and 8 are fucking numbers, stop using them for words. Also again with punctuation, and learn to capitalize please.

TL;DR Take first grade grammar again you illiterate fucks.

Toy Story 3

I just watched Toy Story 3 and I don't get what everyone was crying over. The only part that was even remotely sad is when *spoiler* they were about to die in the dump. */spoiler* It's not a bad movie, it just wasn't sad.

First post

This blog won't be updated to often but will mostly be about me playing old games on emus and just random stuff at some points.
